PODCAST TRAILER SHOWCASE

Your show. Your trailer. The big screen.

The Podcast Trailer Showcase, Presented by Off Set Studios, is an opportunity for creators attending PodSummit 2026 to put their work in front of the Canadian podcast community.

Across two days of PodSummit, we'll showcase up to eight podcast trailers on the big screen in the Flanagan Theatre, giving creators a moment to share their work with fellow podcasters, industry leaders, platforms, producers and fans.

This is simply a showcase of great work being created by the people in the room.

How It Works

Up to Eight trailer showcase spots are available and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis among eligible submissions.

The Trailer Showcase is exclusively available to registered PodSummit 2026 attendees. You must hold a valid PodSummit 2026 pass and be attending the event in person to participate.

To be eligible, your trailer must:

  • Be 60 seconds or less, including any title or end cards.

  • Be formatted in 16:9 landscape/widescreen.

  • Be supplied as a high-quality video file suitable for theatre playback, preferably 1920×1080.

  • Promote or represent a podcast, video podcast or podcast-related project.

  • Contain only material you have the rights or permission to use.

  • Be appropriate for presentation at a professional industry event.

  • Be submitted by a registered PodSummit 2026 attendee.

Submissions may not contain hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate material. PodSummit reserves the right to decline submissions that present legal, technical, brand-safety or event-suitability concerns.

Submitting a trailer does not automatically guarantee inclusion. Eligible trailers will be confirmed in the order submissions are received until up to eight showcase spots have been filled.

One submission per creator or podcast.

Confirmed trailers will be screened during PodSummit 2026, October 16–17 at The GRAND in Calgary.

Submission Window:

Submissions open August 31 and will close September 11 or when all available showcase spots have been filled.
