Justin Jackson co-founded Transistor with Jon Buda in 2018. Since then, the company has grown to a full-time team of 6 people. Transistor does audio and video podcast hosting for over 40,000 podcasts, including shows like TBPN, Acquired, Primary Technology, and Think Fast Talk Smart.

He has been in podcasting since 2007, back when "video podcast" meant downloading Diggnation episodes to your iPod. He's also a founding member of the Podcast Standards Project, an industry coalition working to keep podcasting open. He writes regularly at justinjackson.ca and lives in Vernon, BC, Canada.
